1. I hereby (hereinafter referred to as the «User» or «Data Subject»), being a legally capable individual, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 «On Personal Data», give my consent to the processing of my personal data, both with and without the use of automated means, by Individual Entrepreneur Evgeny L. Nazarov (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) under the following terms.
2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
2.1 Purpose No. 1 Identification of the personal data subject for the purpose of concluding and performing an agreement provided under the public offer, including the provision and support of services.
2.1.1 Categories of personal data:
Last name, first name, email address, phone number.
2.1.2 Categories of personal data subjects:
Clients, counterparties.
2.1.3 Legal basis:
Consent of the personal data subject; processing of personal data necessary for the performance of an agreement concluded under the terms of the offer.
2.1.4 List of processing actions:
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer, anonymization, deletion, destruction.
2.1.5 Processing method:
Mixed (automated and non-automated).
2.2 Purpose No. 2 Providing feedback to the personal data subject, including processing incoming messages, inquiries, and complaints.
2.2.1 Categories of processed data:
Last name, first name, email address, phone number.
2.2.2 Categories of personal data subjects:
Clients, counterparties, website users.
2.2.3 Legal basis:
Consent of the personal data subject; processing necessary for the performance of an agreement concluded under the terms of the offer.
2.2.4 List of processing actions:
Collection, recording, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, deletion, destruction.
2.2.5 Processing method:
Mixed.
2.3 Purpose No. 3 Sending notifications, requests, documents, and informational and/or promotional messages to the personal data subject.
2.3.1 Categories of processed data:
Last name, first name, email address, phone number.
2.3.2 Categories of personal data subjects:
Clients, counterparties, website users.
2.3.3 Legal basis:
Consent of the personal data subject; processing necessary for the performance of an agreement concluded under the terms of the offer.
2.3.4 List of processing actions:
Collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, deletion, destruction.
2.3.5 Processing method:
Mixed.
2.4 Purpose No. 4 Publication and use of reviews provided by the personal data subject for the purpose of informing other users about the Operator’s services.
2.4.1 Categories of processed data:
Last name, first name.
2.4.2 Categories of personal data subjects:
Clients, counterparties.
2.4.3 Legal basis:
Consent of the personal data subject; processing necessary for the performance of an agreement concluded under the terms of the offer.
2.4.4 List of processing actions:
Collection, storage, use, transfer, anonymization, deletion, destruction.
2.4.5 Processing method:
Mixed.
2.5 Purpose No. 5 Processing refunds to the personal data subject in connection with termination of the agreement and settlement of mutual obligations between the parties.
2.5.1 Categories of processed data:
Last name, first name, patronymic, taxpayer identification number (INN), bank account number, passport details.
2.5.2 Categories of personal data subjects:
Clients, counterparties.
2.5.3 Legal basis:
Consent of the personal data subject; processing necessary for the performance of an agreement concluded under the terms of the offer.
2.5.4 List of processing actions:
Collection, recording, systematization, storage, use, transfer, deletion, destruction.
2.5.5 Processing method:
Mixed.
2.6 Purpose No. 6 Analysis of personal data subjects’ behavior using cookies, including for statistical and marketing purposes and to improve the user experience when using the Operator’s information resources.
2.6.1 Categories of processed data:
Information collected through analytics and metric tools.
2.6.2 Categories of personal data subjects:
Website visitors.
2.6.3 Legal basis:
Consent of the personal data subject.
2.6.4 List of processing actions:
Collection, recording, storage, retrieval, use, deletion, anonymization.
2.6.5 Processing method:
Automated.
3. Term or Condition for Termination of Processing. Processing of personal data shall cease upon liquidation of the individual entrepreneur or withdrawal of this consent, whichever occurs first.
4. Data Destruction Procedure. The person responsible for processing personal data shall delete the user account and prepare a record confirming the destruction of personal data.
5. Withdrawal of Consent. This consent may be withdrawn by sending a written withdrawal request via email to: livecontactclub@mail.ru
6. Termination of Processing After Withdrawal. The Operator shall cease processing my personal data and destroy it within no more than 10 (ten) days from the date the withdrawal request is received.
7. Legal Processing Without Consent. I acknowledge that the Operator has the right to process personal data without the consent of the personal data subject where other legal grounds provided by law apply.
